Adding an appliance to a tank we already fill? Talk to us before you buy. The tank and gas line must carry the extra load, so sizing comes before shopping.

Appliance Steps

How to Add a Propane Appliance

  1. Visit or Call Us

Come visit our Plantersville or Huntsville office, or call us. If you are replacing or adding a new propane appliance, Bring the model number.

  2. We Check Your Tank

A heater or range adds load. We work out whether your current tank and gas line can safely carry it and what changes.

  3. Licensed Connection

Our LP gas technicians make the connection and run the gas line. Then we'll pressure test the system, light it off, and run a safety check.

Do you service or repair propane appliances?

Our licensed LP gas technicians connect appliances and run the gas line. We do not repair appliances. Call our office to inquire about service.

Can I add an appliance to the tank I have now?

Sometimes. It depends on what your tank and gas line can carry, so it starts with a sizing check. The free site visit answers that question. Call our office to set a time.
