Propane Questions, Answered
What Is the Difference Between Automatic Delivery and Will Call?
With the Keep Full Program (automatic delivery), we monitor your usage and the weather and deliver before you run out. With will call, you monitor the gauge and call us for a fill.
Is There a Minimum Order?
There is no minimum order on the Keep Full Program (automatic delivery), and it includes a per gallon discount. Will call orders have a 100 gallon minimum and are scheduled when you call us.
When Should I Call for a Will Call Delivery?
Call when your gauge reads about 30 percent. That gives us time to schedule your delivery without a rush fee, and it keeps you from running low.
How Do I Read My Tank Gauge?
The gauge shows a percentage of capacity, not gallons. Multiply it by your tank size: 30 percent on a 500 gallon tank is about 150 gallons.
What Size Tank Will I Need?
We most often set 150, 250, 500 and 1,000 gallon tanks. A licensed technician will recommend a size after evaluating your property, at no charge.
Can the Tank Go Underground?
Yes. We set tanks above ground and underground. Your site and setbacks determine which is possible, and a technician confirms it at your evaluation.
What Are Your Hours?
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., October through April. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, every day.
How Does the Referral Offer Work?
Fill out the form on our Refer a Friend page and we record it at the office. If the person you refer becomes a customer, you each receive a $25 credit on your account.
This offer is open ended, with no expiry date.
