Do you require a contract?
No. We don't require contracts for any of our services, only simple agreements, and you can cancel at any time.
Can you fill my existing tank?
Yes. Before we deliver, we do a visual inspection and a leak test on every customer-owned tank, so you know it is safe to fill.
How soon can I get my first delivery?
New customers can usually expect their first delivery within 1 to 2 days outside heating season and 3 to 5 days during heating season.
Is there a cost to switch suppliers?
Your first fill is priced like any other. We offer yearly leases based on your tank size and appliances, with no contracts. Call us and we'll go over any fees.
